Enterprise GTM infrastructure for an AI company

A connected demand-generation and RevOps layer spanning outbound, inbound capture, HubSpot routing, sales enablement, and website conversion.

Wand AI needed the technical operating layer between marketing, sales, and the website to evolve as the product and enterprise ICP changed.

The bottleneck

Demand generation crossed multiple channels, but qualified accounts still needed consistent routing, account-level outreach, safe outbound infrastructure, and a website that could keep pace with a changing enterprise story.

What I owned

  • HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, automation, and ICP-based routing
  • Apollo sending infrastructure, domain authentication, warm-up, and deliverability
  • Account-based LinkedIn multi-threading for up to six buyers per account
  • Sales enablement portal and private enterprise deal-room templates
  • Technical SEO, schema, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversion architecture
  • Six complete versions of the corporate website over two years

Operating scale

~160

enterprise-level leads sourced over two years

~4,000/day

outbound sending infrastructure at scale

6 versions

of the corporate website shipped in two years

The operating model

I worked as a full-time independent contractor embedded in the team, partnering directly with sales leadership and account executives. That model made it possible to identify bottlenecks and ship infrastructure without waiting for a chain of disconnected specialists.
