COMMON BREAKS
A lead can exist in every tool and still go nowhere. I fix the ownership, data, and next-action rules between those tools.
Fix lifecycle, routing, ownership, and sales acceptance.
Fix targeting, deliverability, account context, and reply routing.
Fix the offer, forms, CRM sync, nurture, and attribution.
Fix definitions, stage hygiene, reporting, and review rhythm.

FIRST OUTPUTSELECTED WORK
Public proof stays attached to a real company, scope, timeframe, and operating context.
I worked as an embedded independent contractor for two years. The scope moved with the product, the enterprise ICP, and the sales team.
Web, analytics, SEO, lifecycle, data integration, and conversion work across a ten-year path.

CAPACITY PLANNER
The estimate uses a planning rate of $70/hour and 4.33 weeks per month. Capacity defines how much of the operating system I can own at one time. Final scope depends on access, complexity, and engagement length.

BEFORE WE START
These are the questions I usually answer before a contract is scoped.
I can own a defined GTM system or work as an embedded operator across research, website, outbound, CRM, automation, AI workflows, and reporting. The scope starts with the bottleneck and the result the team needs.
Most engagements begin at 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours per week. The first month maps the current process, repairs one important handoff, and puts the first working change into production.
Yes. I regularly work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, analytics platforms, websites, and APIs. I keep tools that fit and replace only what blocks the operating model.
The site uses $70 per hour as a planning rate. The contract defines weekly capacity, systems in scope, responsibilities, and exclusions. The rate covers implementation and ongoing operation within that capacity.
Yes. A focused workflow, routing repair, outbound foundation, website journey, or reporting layer is often the best first engagement. It can expand if the working model fits.
Usually no. I work with the people already responsible for marketing, sales, and revenue. My role is to close the technical and operational gaps between their decisions and the systems they use.
Yes. I can join client work as the visible GTM systems owner or deliver through the revenue partner. In both cases, ownership, communication, and client access are defined in the contract.
