Build control before adding volume
Weak targeting, unsafe domains, single-threaded accounts, and poor sales handoff become more expensive as sending grows. I build the operating infrastructure first.
What I build
- Target-account, persona, and buying-committee logic
- Data sourcing, validation, and enrichment workflows
- Dedicated sending domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up
- Segmented sequences and message operations
- Account-level multi-threading across decision-makers
- Reply routing, sales tasks, and performance reporting
Operating proof
I have built and operated Apollo infrastructure at approximately 4,000 emails per day with clean deliverability. I also ran account-based LinkedIn research across as many as six decision-makers per target account.
What changes
The team can review outbound by account, persona, sequence, reply, and stage. Sales receives the context needed for the next action.
